FitApp ("teenus") pakub Voogcraft OÜ (registrikood 17245154, Heina tn 12, 71013 Viljandi, Eesti; FitApp ("the service") is provided by Voogcraft OÜ (registry code 17245154, Heina tn 12, 71013 Viljandi, Estonia; karl@voogcraft.ee). Teenust kasutades nõustud käesolevate tingimustega.By using the service you agree to these terms.

2. Teenuse kirjeldus2. Description of the service

FitApp on personaaltreeneritele ja nende klientidele mõeldud platvorm treeningkavade, toitumise, progressi jälgimise ja suhtluse haldamiseks. Treener koostab kavad ja juhib, klient järgib ja logib.FitApp is a platform for personal trainers and their clients to manage workout plans, nutrition, progress tracking and communication. The coach builds plans and guides, the client follows and logs.

3. Kontod3. Accounts

Konto loomiseks pead olema vähemalt 16-aastane. Vastutad oma konto ja parooli turvalisuse eest. Esitatud andmed peavad olema õiged.You must be at least 16 years old to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your account and password. The information you provide must be accurate.

4. Tellimused ja hinnad4. Subscriptions and pricing

• Treeneri tellimus: 40 € / kuu.Coach subscription: €40 / month.
• Kliendi tellimus: 10 € / kuu.Client subscription: €10 / month.
• Hinnad sisaldavad käibemaksu, kui ei ole märgitud teisiti.Prices include VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Maksed ja uuenemine5. Payments and renewal

Makseid töötleb Montonio. Tellimus on perioodiline ja uueneb automaatselt iga arveldusperioodi lõpus, kuni selle tühistad. Tühistada saad igal ajal - tellimus jääb kehtima jooksva perioodi lõpuni. Juba tasutud perioodi eest tagasimakseid üldjuhul ei tehta, välja arvatud kohalduva tarbijaõiguse alusel.Payments are processed by Montonio. The subscription is recurring and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time - the subscription remains active until the end of the current period. Refunds for an already-paid period are generally not provided, except as required by applicable consumer law.

6. Lubatud kasutus6. Acceptable use

Sa ei tohi teenust kasutada ebaseaduslikel eesmärkidel, teiste andmetele loata ligipääsuks, teenuse häirimiseks ega sisu, mis rikub kolmandate isikute õigusi, üleslaadimiseks.You may not use the service for unlawful purposes, to gain unauthorized access to others' data, to disrupt the service, or to upload content that infringes third-party rights.

7. Intellektuaalne omand7. Intellectual property

Teenus, selle tarkvara ja bränd kuuluvad Voogcraft OÜ-le. Sinu üleslaaditud sisu (kavad, fotod, logid) jääb sinule; annad meile õiguse seda teenuse osutamiseks töödelda.The service, its software and brand belong to Voogcraft OÜ. Content you upload (plans, photos, logs) remains yours; you grant us the right to process it to provide the service.

8. Vastutuse piirang ja tervisehoiatus8. Disclaimer and health notice

FitApp on tööriist treeningu ja toitumise haldamiseks, mitte meditsiiniline nõuanne. Konsulteeri arstiga enne uue treeningprogrammiga alustamist. Teenust pakutakse "nagu on" ja me ei vastuta kaudse kahju eest seaduses lubatud ulatuses.FitApp is a tool for managing training and nutrition, not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting a new training program. The service is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect damages to the extent permitted by law.

9. Lõpetamine9. Termination

Võid oma konto igal ajal kustutada. Meil on õigus peatada konto tingimuste rikkumise korral.You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend an account in case of a breach of these terms.

10. Kohaldatav õigus10. Governing law

Tingimustele kohaldub Eesti õigus. Vaidlused lahendatakse Eesti kohtutes.These terms are governed by Estonian law. Disputes are resolved in Estonian courts.
